Stronger Families. Better Student Outcomes.

Partnership Process

Our collaboration model is structured, data-informed, and aligned with school and district priorities:

1- Consultation

We meet with school or district leadership to understand:
• School climate priorities
• Behavioral referral trends (PBIS/MTSS data)
• Attendance concerns
• Family engagement goals
• Target student populations or grade levels

2- Program Selection & Customization

Workshops or series are selected and tailored to align with:
• MTSS Tier 1 priorities
• PBIS behavioral frameworks
• SEL implementation goals
• Identified family and community needs
Programs may be delivered as individual workshops or structured 4–6 session series for sustained impact

3- Scheduling and Coordination

Programs are coordinated based on school and family accessibility:

• School-day parent engagement sessions
• Evening family engagement events
• Parent education nights
• Cohort-based parent learning series
Delivery formats include in-person, virtual, or hybrid options, with bilingual availability (English/Spanish)

4- Program Implementation

Workshops are delivered using structured, evidence-informed content designed to translate research into practical strategies families can apply immediately.

Each session includes:
• Interactive parent education
• Practical skill-building strategies
• Real-life application examples
• Opportunities for reflection and discussion
• Take-home tools and resources

5- Follow-Up and Continuous Improvement

Schools and districts may review program effectiveness through:

• Participation and engagement data
• Parent feedback surveys
• Behavioral and attendance trend indicators
• Alignment with MTSS and PBIS outcomes
Follow-up discussions support continuous improvement, sustainability planning, and alignment with future programming
